Our School

Excellence lives at Pearl-Cohn!

At Pearl-Cohn, success isn’t just measured on the field but also in the classroom. Our school is a hub of innovation, creativity, and opportunity in our neighborhood. While renowned for athletic achievements, we're on a mission to redefine academic excellence. Partnering with leading institutions, we offer unparalleled opportunities for hands-on learning and educational growth. Pearl-Cohn has a passionate alumni network and a legacy that spans generations of learning in North Nashville. Within each of our Firebirds, we nurture potential and help them conquer fears and realize their dreams.

What We Do

Excellence lives at Pearl-Cohn High School! We implement a continuum of evidence based, system-wide practices to proactively support the academic, social, and behavioral needs of our students. We do this by using data-centered decision making to educate, equip, and empower each student to exceed great expectations.

What We Believe

At Pearl-Cohn we, believe all stakeholders should take pride in themselves and our school. The acronym P.R.I.D.E represents our school’s guiding principles — Professionalism, Respect, Investment, Dignity and Endurance. In essence, P.R.I.D.E guides how we carry ourselves and function at Pearl-Cohn.
